How can I pay for my order?
- By Direct Credit – we prefer orders to be paid by direct credit from your bank account to LetsLive’s account.
- We accept Credit Card payment with Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
What is Direct Credit?
Direct credit is where you deposit funds into our bank account, using phone or internet banking or by manually depositing the money into our account. An email invoice will be sent to you once you have placed an order giving you our bank account details so you can transfer the payment.
Your order will be sent to you once your payment shows in our account. Please note that the current banking system will show a deposit the next day unless the deposit has been transferred on a Saturday or Sunday, it will not show in our account until Tuesday morning.
Is it safe to use my Credit Card?
We do not store any credit card details as your transaction is processed via the WIPS Plus (Westpac internet payment system) which provides a secure payment processing service for Visa, MasterCard and American Express Transactions.
WIPS is a robust, high-availability technology platform integrated with Westpac bank systems which uses SSL encryption between LetsLive and Westpac.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your payment, depending on availability of stock. We will notify you if we are currently out of stock of any of the items you have ordered.
New Zealand - Expect to receive your order within 2 – 5 working days depending on destination.
International – Expect to receive your order within 3 – 10 working days depending on destination.
Can I track and Trace my order?
Yes you can, you will receive an email when your parcel is dispatched with your parcels courier tracking number and a link to the courier companies website to track and trace your parcel.
I’m not sure if my order has gone through?
If your order was received by us, you will have received a confirmation email with an invoice (if paying by direct credit) or a receipt (if paying by credit card). Your order will be sent once payment has been received. (Depending on stock availability).

Login Settings - What is remember me?
This is a default setting which means every time you return to our site we will remember who you are and your account details.
What is don’t remember me?
We won’t remember anything about you or your settings after you log out of this machine. You can change your sign in settings each time you login.
Can I buy gift vouchers?
Yes you can, just click on the link from our home page or type the words gift voucher into the search box and select the value of the gift voucher you would like to purchase.
What are LetsLive Loyalty Points?
Whenever you shop with our LetsLive Store you will:
Earn 1 reward point for every whole $20 spent with each purchase.
When you have reached a points balance of 15 points you will receive $10 off your next purchase or you can let your points accumulate to use at another date.
You can see your point balance any time once you have logged-into your account.
What is our Currency Policy?
All our prices are displayed in NZD$ (New Zealand Dollars) unless you change to your chosen currency from our home page.
The currencies available are:

How much will it cost me for freight in New Zealand?
All orders over $100.00 within New Zealand will be couriered freight free with NZ Couriers/ Courier post or Fastway Couriers depending on location and size of parcel. All parcels have a track and trace label number which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched.
If your order is under $100.00 our delivery fee is $4.00
How much will it cost me for International freight?
For International orders the freight charge is based on the weight of the products ordered and the delivery zone which is automatically calculated in the shopping cart. We use New Zealand Post International Air (3-10 working days), we aim to be as cost effective as possible and freight is charged at cost.
What if the product I just received is not what I thought I had ordered?
If a product has been ordered incorrectly by you, we are happy to replace it for the correct product only if we are informed within 3 days of you receiving your order. We will send your correct product once we have received the returned and unopened product in a re-saleable condition. All return postage costs will be to the cost of yourself.
What if the product I just received is not what I ordered?
If we have sent you an incorrect product then we are happy to replace it with the correct product at our expense. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will send you the replacement product along with a return courier bag for the incorrect product to be sent back to us.

The product is in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition, can I have a replacement?
If the product you purchased arrived in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods. If a replacement is required it will be sent immediately subject to availability at no extra charge. We will send a return courier bag for the damaged/unsatisfactory product to be sent back to us.
Do you have a money back Guarantee?
Yes at LetsLive we will happily exchange or refund all unopened products that are returned in their original condition.
Within New Zealand
If a refund is required, items sent back in their original condition must be received within 10 days of notification. If items were sent in error from our end then we will happily pay for the return costs. Once we receive your returned items a credit card refund or reverse bank payment will be issued to you within 10 days and you will receive an email confirmation. (For direct credit payments we will require your bank account details for a refund)
Postage and delivery costs are non-refundable for all exchanges except for damaged goods. Please ensure products are wrapped securely and appropriately.
We will only process returns and refunds for items purchased from LetsLive Ltd.
International
If a refund is required, items sent back in their original condition must be received within 30 days of notification at your cost. If items were sent in error from our end then we will happily pay for the return costs. Credit card payments will be reversed. Once we receive your returned items a credit card refund or reverse bank payment will be issued to you within 10 days and you will receive an email confirmation.
We aim to keep all our customers satisfied as we love to give you great customer service. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you are not satisfied in any way.
What is LetsLive Privacy Policy?
At Letslive.co.nz the only personal information that stays on our database is your Name, Address, phone number, email address and your previous order history which enables you to update your details and review your previous orders at anytime.

At Letslive.co.nz we may email you if you have registered as receiving our monthly newsletter to advise you of our online specials, new products, workshops or natural health information. If you do not wish to continue to receive our emails then you can unsubscribe at the bottom of the email we sent you.

All prices are listed as retail prices which are inclusive of 12.5% GST. Prices are subject to change without any notice.

International customs regulations
In some countries there are prohibited or restricted products that are not allowed. At LetsLive we do not keep up to date with what is or isn’t allowed into your country. It is up to you to check your country’s customs regulations before ordering any products. LetsLive will not be held liable for the replacement or refund of any products that are confiscated or detained or for any tax or duty incurred by your parcel at the destination country.
If the order is returned to us by customs in a re-saleable condition, we will credit you the amount less any freight and handling costs.
